    I primarily use natural vegetable tanned leather sourced from reputable suppliers for my products.
  • Are your products handmade?
    Yes, all our leather goods are meticulously crafted by hand.
  • Can I customize my order?
    Unfortunately not, all items are pre-made and added to the site. Adding customisation options would increase the time for products to be made and shipped out to you. I would like to offer customisation of all items at some point in the future but I don't feel comfortable doing that at the moment. If you would like a custom order please contact me and I will see what I can do.
  • How do I care for my leather product?
    Care instruction are provided on the care page (at the footer of the website). Keeping your leather clean and conditioning it periodically will maintain its beauty and longevity.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Unfortunately not at the moment. As a small business I am trying to keep costs as low as possible until I can able to expand further. If you are based outside of the UK and would like to purchase an item, please get in touch with me and I will try my best to help.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy page for detailed information.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    All items will be posted as fast as possible. The processing time for each order will vary depending on different factors. One of the main factors will be personal life/work as I will have to work around those. Delivery times will be 3-5 days.
  • Do you offer repair services?
    Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item requires repair, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

    I strive to minimize my environmental impact by using sustainable practices wherever possible. My leather is sourced responsibly, and I aim to reduce waste in my production process.

    All our handmade items are pre-made by myself and ready-to-ship, unless the order is a custom order or if you have reached out to fulfil a specific order.

    We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Do you offer repairs for products purchased from other brands?
    While our repair services primarily apply to products made by us, we may be able to assist with repairs on items from other brands. Please reach out to discuss the specifics of your repair needs.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Do you have a physical store where I can view your products?

  • Do you offer vegan alternatives?

    While leather has natural water-resistant properties, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture. We also offer waterproofing treatments, like my homemade leather balm, that can be applied to enhance water resistance.
  • Can I request a sample of leather before placing an order?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer samples of leather at this time. However, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products to help you make an informed decision.
